The Floor Center, with two convenient locations in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, specializes in YOUR unique flooring, kitchen and bathroom needs. We are a comprehensive service organization, specializing in quality flooring, cabinet and countertop products. We have carefully chosen to represent the finest flooring, cabinet, and countertop manufacturers to ensure our client's get the best solutions for their investment.
Our team includes management, courteous sales representatives, thorough estimators, and competent, qualified, trained and experienced installers. Yes, our installers are employees, not subcontractors. This ultimately means we accept full responsibility for the entire flooring, kitchen, or bathroom project with our team all pulling toward the end goal, your total satisfaction.
Since 1982, The Floor Center has served clients with all their flooring and cabinet/countertop needs. Starting modestly with our first store in Campbell, California, we have grown slowly but surely with an ever increasing customer base. About 1/2 of our business is return customers who rely on us as they build, expand, remodel, and move.
We are committed to the San Francisco Bay Area, primarily the South Bay with most client ranging from San Mateo County in the North to Monterey County in the South.
We are NOT beholding to corporate management that live outside this area. We are NOT beholding to make up special promotions or fake "going out of business" sales to meet "national" goals. We are here for the long haul, knowing that our reputation must be impeccable.
